For stress keep the lights off, I would keep hiding spots in tank but would take out any sharp decorations. Keep gravel only if you can keep it clean.

I also noticed you have a mirror up against the tank, which is perfectly fine. I'm just curious as to how long you leave the mirror there every day.
Yes I off the filter for couple of hours during day time I change 30% of water every day and I don’t keep mirror more than 20 mins and the picture of the tank was taken before now the tank is empty nothing in it
Well that could be your stress problem. It has no where it can possibly hide. If I was you I would add a couple of clay pots with the opening facing the back corners of the tank. Atleast then if the FH needs some privacy it has a couple options to hide in. That and they won't be sharp so it won't get injured if it runs into it or scrapes against it. It would also help if you had some sand or small gravel for the FH to dig in. If the FH is bored and has nothing to do they often get stressed.
It's not a good idea to turn the filter off. Everyday water changes are unnecessary as well.
