Well no i havent tried bloodworms, he doesnt accept anything. Today i still saw a small white poop floating around. 3 days before i dosed him with metro-400 using a syringe and today again. I hope it will help. Any suggestions? if this doesnt work, i tried epsom salt for 7-8 days didnt work.

The kamfa not eating may not necessarily be because of the white poop

You wanna try bloodworms?

Mine.. the whole body turn black.

But never seen a flowerhorn refusing food before actually
OP I wish I could help more but actually I've never had a Flowerhorn refuse food as well, and I don't know as much about proper medical treatment as some others around here. Like Galantzspeed the only thing I can think of is to try bloodworms (or smaller meal worms with the heads cut off). But I wouldn't feed either of these long-term to him, just use to get him eating and then switch over to pellets.

Can you sum up what you've tried already? Did you try him on levamisole?

Metro treats intestinal protozoa but it doesn't treat flat or round worms.

Levamisole treats round worms.

Prazuquantel treats flat worms.

Flubendazole treats both round and flat worms.

Those are the most suspicious reasons why a fish goes off its food...apart from stress from movement, etc...
