Well, you could try Aquabid.com, but I must warn you, if you choose to import a fish, be aware the shipping will most likely be higher than the cost of your fish.

Prices for FHs depend a LOT on the specific fish you're buying.

In India, I have bought 2" Flowerhorns for 5 US Cents and the same shop sells Flowerhorns for 500 US Dollars..

There are goldfish out there that is just as expensive as flowerhorns are. And no I'm not talking about these large koi...:D
