Hey everyone. I also have a flowerhorn and blood parrot pair. They laid eggs 2 weeks ago and after about 3 days they ate them. They laid again 2 days ago but I'm trying to figure out if the male is sterile or if the eggs are fertilized. A few got white. They laid on gravel because the tank was not bare bottom. Can someone tell if the eggs were fertilized in the first place?

They look good to me. You should generally know in about 24hrs. If unfertilized they'll start getting the milky white look.

For now they still look good...If the eggs are fertilised, they will hatch in 2 or 3 days and if they are not fertilized they will all turn white...
