Fluval 405 vs. Rena XP4

fluval sucks.... i hate fluval been through 2 405's now and have same problems. my fluval 405 keeps leaking on me even when i got new seals, i also had to get a new bottom canister and new motor so basically i just did a whole tune up and it only lasted for a good 5 months and started leaking again, the motor keeps jamming for some kind of reasons.... i never had experience with the rena but so far im hearing good things bout it so im planning on getting that myself
I too have heard of impeller issues with the XP4, but I Love my XP3's. couldn't be simpler to service and I love the power jet nozzle attachment.
My fluvals leak too, I replaced every seal in my old one except for the prime handle seal and it still leaked. 404 and 405 are identical as far as I can tell. Maybe some one knows if there is a difference.
