Am I the only one who thinks this "taking it to the next level" is horse sh*t and it is simply mistreating beautifull fish? Why would you even bother to risk the other fish? I would put money on the aimara growing and in a few months it will be on its own....

I wish i had the cash and the space for an aimara and a tank that would be able to house it in, so well done on that one OP on that one but an EPIC FAIL for having a pop at people on this forum who I have never heard call themselves "experts" but are simply people who have experience with a very special fish and are kind enough to share it with us who can only dream of owning one.

IMO the OP was just spoiling for a fight/does not understand why others post here.

Bare bottom, super filtration, and very little decor. Actually, fish are the actual decor, so the tank's gotta be packed tight...ideally more fish than water lol.

You do know I just got a new house and I have more than one tank right haha and fishes are available after I decline first dibs you know that. LIke your 2 prized fishes....I knew about them way before you. Actually Will and I both did and declined before you were asked haha.

Plus I was the one that asked rich for the aimara and had already committed to buy whatever he bought in =].
