The seafood steak at Boudreaux's in Thibodeaux, LA. Sorta like a crab cake but with more than just crab and covered in a cream based sauce. I'm not a big seafood eater yet this is so good it gets my vote.

My Bad, it's the one in Houma. I have a hard time connecting the spelling with the pronunciations and I get confused because of it. Anywho, my wife is from Houma and everytime we visit there or her grandma in Gibson this is my first stop.
