For how long would that work in a 100g

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i dont think you should add any more Os. you already have a 9" in a 100 gallon with 4 other 4"+ fish that are gonna grow bigger. i dont know if female doviis are much less aggressive than males.. but what are you going to do when they start getting aggressive?
i dont know about the other fish, but oscars are messy and you are going to have a tough time w/ the bioload in that tank.. especially if you get another, unless you have good enough filtration or plan on getting rid of them soon.
are you planning on getting a bigger tank, or are you gonna split them up into different tanks when they get bigger?
2 full grown Os are pretty much the max for a 100 gallon tank, without any other fish.

im getting a 95g, put the other fish in it as a growout, then just bigger tanks:D:naughty::grinno::headbang2

with the first stock you posted the Os would get the crap beaten out of them

with the second stock you posted i would worrie alot about the doviis they can go from peacfull to killers over night

rid of the dovi's or have 1 dovii haha. midas might flip out too.,,

keep the oscar in the 100 and add like 3 tinfoil barbs and a big FM over 4". then put the parrot and the midas in the 95 and either get rid of the dovis or get a big tank for them.
