for the folks with large sized aros living in a community

I only feed my big fish 3-4 times a week tops. If they're adult sized, there's no need for huge amounts of food every day. I use mostly market shrimp and massivore pellets once a week. I wouldn't bother with beef heart, especially with adult fish.

Aros will eat frogs but I'd be very careful with wild frogs as they are typically the first critter to soak up toxins through osmosis and diet.

these frogs presumably have no toxins in them as they're being sold as people food, or at least i would hope not >.<
