I feed mine 2 types of HBH super soft pellets which are spirulina and krill, wax worms, all types of regular worms(pinks, red wigglers, etc...and meal worms. My bluegills, warmouths, green sunfish and red breast sunfish range in size of 3 inches to 8 inches.

So do you think each worm has a different nutritional value for them, when comparing red worms and crawlers?

ATM I have a 7" bluegill that I raised from a fry and he eats about 10 pellets in the morning and a nightcrawler before bed.

I am not a 100% sure about the nutritional value of various worms. However, I would imagine the large the worm, the more nutrition it would have. I give what worm is available.

So if I mash 4 Snicker bars together into one big one, it'll be better for me?

All right, it's on !!!

:lol3:

If you need a sugar boost or won't eat for a very long time and the snicker is all you have to eat then YES it will great for you to eat. If you are a fish then you are going to eat and get sick. If you refuse the snicker, it's going to pollute your water. Then there will be ammonia, etc...spike and you will probably die, if the water is not cleaned. :)

What and how much do you feed your fish(per fish) and how big are they?

My little guy seems to want to eat all the time, I feed him a 1" piece of night crawler every few hours, he and his Creek Chub Partner go through at least 3 big fat 6+ inch crawlers(not stretched) every day.

They are smaller fish too

mine are only 2 inches and eat rosy feeders and red worms
