x2 so sick of people and they're problems, Its just unthinkable. Why punish everyone else? Just kill yourself and be done with it.
I know it. I've been over twice and am currently stationed at Hood. All kinds of stress involved but why take it out on innocent people - i dunno - gonna call it quits for the night and think about it tommorow
Military duty must be psychologically traumatic to prompt this sort of violence. I'm sure the truth as to what took place on that base will be closely guarded.

This guy was a member of the Religion of Peace and disgruntled with war with other ROPers. Of course its just coincidence that the man from the 101st who tossed a live grenade in a tent full of American Soldiers as well as the Arkansas Recruiting station shooter where all members of the ROP, right?
The military isn't a stressful job, being deployed is stressful - being in a combat zone is stressful. There is no reason for some one to do this - and those individuals that did were sick to begin with.
The Army was one of the best things to happen to me. It is just another job. Weak minded people are - for the most part - weeded out in the training long before making it to this point in the military.
If the guy who started this was indeed a Major and a Psychiatrist - it means he came in under an MD. Which means he was still fairly new to the military. In certain instances rank is handed out (i.e. becoming a Major two years into your career) based around your civilian skill sets. This is most common in doctor's.

So depressing that this happened to these young soldiers. Why can't we all just have peace with one another whether your christian, muslim, jewish, whatever we all just need to get along and enjoy our fish tanks and care for each other what a shame.
