Cheap doesn't always = Good. This dude might be the most awsome tank builder there is, but the website doesn't showcase anything he's done. If I was going to have a website for my fish tank business I would have at least one photo of a tank I built setup for display. I'm not saying that you should'nt buy from this guy, i'm just tellin you what I see.

I doubt I would buy one of his tanks, first off they cost too much. I just purchased a 400 gallon tank that was $1700 its 120x32x24 his 120x24x24 $1909 $209 more and its a smaller tank and like others have said he has no pictures of his work. Maybe if he was local I would take a look at his work and then decide if I would buy a tank from him. But I doubt I would have a tank shipped to me with out seeing his work. Lastly I would probably just buy a Tru Vu tank. There is a LFS that sell Tru Vu tanks for $1 over cost, they do this to bring in new customers. Although my 400 gallon tank is made by World Marine.

His prices aren't good enough to warrant taking the chance..

This blows me away too
We Will Beat Any Price... Guaranteed. Why? 'Cause The Economy Stinks And We Need The Money!

Which might be true but isn't the best business model and makes them sound like "Ok we need money so we're gonna start building fish tanks now"

PM Not Just Fish, as well as look into some of the Tenecor dealers and you'll see for a couple dollars more you could have peice of mind.

It sounds like a startup company. I don't like the fact they don't have a portfolio, pictures of their facilities, or a listed address.

I would call and talk to them.
How thick and what brand acrylic?
What kind of seaming quality?
How long have you been in business?
How much experience in acrylic manufacturing does your staff possess?
etc.

It could be a guy in his garage. The work could be excellent because some worker with 15 years experience decided he could make more money on his own.

I see people always use Tenacore as a benchmark. Their tanks are good but there are just as good and better. They will use optical seams to save money on large sheets and I have never liked that.

Don't see anywhere about 800 gallons...
Moved a 220 up the steps with 3 people
You can even pick up and move a car if you have enough people, my buddys have done it before.
Whats the problem here?
In fact here is a 585 glass getting moved

EDIT: added link

I was making the point of why acrylic is better than glass. Sure you can do it, but who wants to round up 8 of their friends to help them move a tank.
