Found some ammonia w/ Bitrex, is it ok to cycle with?

if you don't have old established media to add to the tank, you can always just get some feeders and that would add the ammonia you need. theyre nice and cheap too

im using established media already.. using feeders would go against the whole purpose of this thread.

im just trying to get advice on some ammonia i found.
