Checked my tank earlier(preparing to do a water change)when i notice them posted up in the flower pot,on closer examination i noticed the eggs, all look tan(no white) hard to see in the picture but if you look close enough in the bottom of the pot you can see them.

btw the pair are from pretty ricky,i got them two weeks ago,and already BINGO!!! they spawned, now have to learn to raise fry.

Nice. Are they in a tank by themselves? If so, for the most part freddies are good parents, and will care for their young well, and there's not much you need to do until they grow a bit. Just make sure the fry are getting food (decapsulated brine shrimp eggs or crushed flakes are good). If you have other bigger fish in the same tank, you might want to take the fry out once they're free swimming. The best way imo to do this is to use a syphon. I like to keep the temp around 80-82, and perform frequent small water changes. Also don't be discouraged if they end up eating the eggs or fry the first time, or first few times, they should eventually get it right.

they are by themselves in a 125,they had bred for ricky a few times and he has fry from them, not sure when to start feeding them(the fry)because the parents arn't real aggressive eaters and am not sure they will feed them there selves. I have decapsulated brine shrimp and crushed flakes, when are they considered free swimming.

When they are swimming around, and not wiggling around on the bottom, they are considered free swimming.

only got a camera phone right now,you can see the eggs in the bottom(they kinda match the interior of the pot)best o could get befroe the male charges the glass.
