Across the street is a glass shop. In the dumpster is a sheet of glass that is 1/2" thick, 41' wide and 7 ' long.
Would this glass be thick enough for a plywood tank? I can grab it tonight befoe the trash truck runs tomarrow. It it not timpered glass i don't think because it does have a cheped corner and it did not go into a bunch of pieces.

A 41" tall tank would need thicker glass, but if it isn't tempered, you could cut it to 28" wide.

What the heck does ^^^^ mean? You can put in a private message if it is to off the wall for the site. But I need answer soon or it will be gone.
If I can use it cut down, then what size for what tank? And would it be worth it ? I HAVE TWO CLOWN KNIVES that I need to make a good home for!

Sometimes I am gust to old school.

Thanks for the lingo help, but are there anything that I can do with this cool piece of glass if I grab it?
