freeze dried crickets

yesterday i went to the lfs and saw these new freeze dried crickets and meal worms. is it ok to feed them to my aros. do they have sufficient nutritional value? anyone having any experiences with these

The packaging should tell you the nutritional content, compare it to some good pellets like Hikari food sticks and you'll be able to answer your own question...

Good to add to a varied menu, not good to use as a staple.
