freeze dried crickets

I used a lot crickets for my silver monsters (and still do) Though like Brian said try to vary diet. If anything, so that you have options when one type runs out.

i recon if i fed my silvers live fish they would have eaten my HBRTG by now ^^
 
xD i feel crazy now remembering i put a 5" jardini with 17" silver,black and 12" jardini,13" african ahaha it lived tho
 
ok as everyone suggested about feeding them live crickets,the problem with that is that i live in dubai where the temperature is above 50degrees C and there are no shops which sell live crickets here and there is no way i can catch live ones from outside. so thats where the problem comes in for me.

i want to feed them freeze dried cricket as a varied diet only and not staple. their staple diet is prawns and squid

i feed frozen and live. Live is accepted easier for fish that never had them.

sucks so just keep feeding them FD crickets as diet
 
so i will get the frozen ones and see if my arowana eats them or not. thanx for the replies everyone. and yea the only insect i can find here are cockroaches. hahaha. dont want to feed my aros those.
