that is just wrong. Having it still alive at the table is purely entertainment gladiator style. They may as well throw some Christians to the lions while they are at it.

In cultures where children are sex objects, does it make it right just because it is their 'culture'? That is just an excuse.
 
Of course they see it as food and not as a pet etc. Food or not there is ethics and there is nothing ethical about that.

It is called "Humane" treatment and well some countries can't even treat humans humane so how can one expect them to treat an animal food or not any better?

In American people scream about how cows and pigs are slaughtered before being cut up.

It just breaks ethics that animals should be killed in the most less painful way before consuming them.
 
They'll eat anything that flies but an airplane.
Anything that swims but a submarine.
Anyting that has legs but a table.

Makes me hungry!

I love to eat fish. Just last night I caught a couple of channel cats and as soon as they were out of the water they were under the knife so to speak.

What really bothers me is not what these people are doing to a fish but the people here who are saying they want to hurt or even kill the people just for eating a fish? Now to me that sounds kinda weird and border line sick. Id kill every fish in the most in-humane way to save a person. A fish is a fish....
