if it's very wide and shallow, i say a giant invertebrate tank with a carpeted bottom of something like javamoss.

I am on the planning stages of what I want to do with a 240 or 300 gallon tank(96*24(or 30)*24) tank:

I am thinking

1) 1 arrowana
2) 4-5 mild(er) but large cichlids(Oscars, GTs, severums, synspilums, dempsys)
3) a group of silver dollars(6-8), maybe a group of tin foil barbs...
4) pecos and clown loaches as bottom people...

I like tetras,...and a planted tank would look sick if your doin it for viewing
