Looks as reasonable as any other pool filter sand.

I would recommend black diamond sandblasting sand it looks great and you an get a 50 lb bag for $8 at tractor supply. I've never had issues with it and it make the colors of my fish pop.

Home depot. Play sand. Its brown like 5$ for 50#
