Friends for clown

my ck is actually housed with two kinds of cichlids, green terrors and blood parrots. although gt's are notorious for being aggressive they are the opposite in my tank. blood parrots are aggressive as hell but not doing any damage at all. they just push things but can't bite.

I just remembered I had a black ghost knife fish , the clown ate him he was 5inch long I was really shocked no parts nothing I could find it's like he wasn't there

yea, IME bgk and ck is not a good mix. ck in canada is like 10$ for a 4". i have a white midas/red devil (more midas) in with my fishes, and the CK is the fish that keeps him in check. when the midas gets rowdy, the CK chases him to a corner and all is well again(i have spare tanks if the midas gets too aggressive). how about some delhezi or lima shovelnose? if you have plants(fake or real) of different length, a few limas would make it look awesome as they swim head down by each plant arm.

ummmmm....no, blood parrot chases gt all the time. though i first thought it would be the other way around.
