Not exactly...It's the parents fault for not raising the kids properly, and for having children in this overpopulated world. It's not that there is not enough room, there just is not enough resources. Tradition should be thrown out, and it should be considered acceptable to not have children at all. Any girls that don't want children, feel free to contact me. The legacy that I leave on this planet will be that I didn't use more than my share, and after I'm gone there will be resources available to those that might want or need it. It's simple economics that will save our society: reduced demand = greater supply. Stop having children needlessly, have your spouse spayed or neutered.

I keep hearing the same thing...You will change your mind...everyone that has changed their mind has had it changed by a spouse, parent, etc. I don't want the responsibility, and I wish that the 16 year old girl who looks like she had too many burritos but is actually pregnant would realize the same thing: children are expensive, messy, smelly, and basically keep you from realizing your other goals and dreams. All I keep hearing is: I would travel to Europe, but...I would have a sports car but...I would live on lakeshore property but...

I look at it this way it's not my responsability to watch your kids when you come over it's yours... If you fail at your job then you should be held liable. In this case the mother is held liable and should pay. Then you should teach your kids the difference between right and wrong. Put it this way say your kids get to be teenagers and decide to take the shotgun one day and kill a hawk or something. Guess what the state and federal law don't care that they didn't know the bird is protected ignorance of the law is your own fault not the laws. You come to my house and don't watch your kids I'm not going to ruin my afternoon eagle eyeing your kids to make sure they act right, you had them you watch them. In this case the mom should pay up point blank no questions asked maybe if she goes through the trouble of trying to track down a SH to replace then she'll think twice before letting her kids run wild...
Yeah so have I... I have a big heart for animals I'm the guy that will slam on the breaks to catch a snake in the middle of the road and move it to the side in the grass. Nothing pisses me off more then people running over animals needlessly. I look at it like this it's all MURDER. If your not going to eat it don't kill it.
