There seems to be some confusion on what type of frog this is exactly.
African DWARF frogs hardly if ever come in an albino form. Very rare.
African CLAWED frogs however do come in albino form regularly. You most likely have the clawed frog.
Either way, I just fed my aro an african albino clawed frog the other day. The frog was eaten in one gulp. I did however notice that my aro spit out a small slime coat that the frog must have produced in reaction to being eaten. The end result was that the aro was fine. I would not however recommend a mass feeding of these frogs since it seems they produce a defensive slim coat. On a small scale I dont think it will hurt the aro but on a larger feeding scale there is no way to predict how a large amount of this defensive slime could effect your aro.
Hope this helps buddy!
