Fry tank algae

Another update. I honestly had no idea that the algae would grow this much. Tank looks as shown below, nitrates are dead zero, and now I have these weird small brown jumpy things in the tank. Can anyone identify? Are they bad?
The algae growth in there means you aren't caring for your tank... Period. Algae can only grow like that with too much nutrients and light. It has to have too much bioload/rotting material to support that growth. Do some water changes. I have tanks that NEVER have their lights turned off not even close to that. Even tanks in the tropic Hawaii sun... But I have plants in there to control it. If it's like that throw some plants in there.... I've had that kind of algae growth in a bucket with junk in it. It's not good... That's just neglect. SERIOUSLY. That is NOT a healthy tank! It will not support good fish health and growth.

I've seen pools of choked out string green algae like that in the wild... That isn't where fish live. Tadpoles and water insects/flies live there... Too much heat and light. Dead zones... Do you find angelfish living in those conditions? In the wild or captivity? That is a beginners death tank... You're just tying to be lazy. Nature is a balance. When you don't take care in an enclosed environment havoc reigns... Look at the habitat of the fish you keep. I like and let algae grow in my tank but nothing like what you are showing in your pic and vid. NEGLECT...

My tank has a 50% water change every week, is over filtered, and the fish are fed every other day.
Nitrate is virtually nine existent and my fish a thriving.
Not all algea is caused by neglect.
Natural sun light is a big contribution to the algea I encourage in my tank.
