I see. Thanks! What's a Brevis? I got 5 from Wes Wong and he told me they were vitattus. I didn't know there are subspecies or whatever that brevis means.

Brevis is another species of tiger. There is s good sticky explaining the types of known tiger fish.

Why not ditch the loaches and just do the rays with the vatf? .....loaches are overrated anyways

I like the loaches a lot, certainly not overrated. Ideally I'd like to keep them all but this Vatf needs to behave himself. I'll see how it goes.

If you like them then hopefully it works out but as in overrated I mean they aren't really attractive ...prone to getting ich....grow slow.....aren't a monster fish really.....personally I don't get why a lot of people are crazy about them.....just my 2 cents is all
