Welcome to the food chain. Have you ever watch animal planet? Mice are a menace to society and predators are the only one keeping them under control. Now that I thought about it, I think the bright light is for our viewing pleasure. In the amazon or forest the bright light doesn't penetrate far enough into the water due to the water being murky.Loubard;3994840; said:I think they do prefer dim lighting, I don't know for sure.
