This guttalatum was probably my favorite fish that I've kept, although it is hard to narrow it down to one. Got him when he was only a couple inches long and grew him in a 20 gallon, then put him in a 125. I had to get rid of the tank eventually when I went away to college, I think I sold him or gave him to a friend, can't remember. He got to about 10" while I had him and had a great personality

That's one gorgeous fish
 
I would have to say my Vieja Melanura lago peten. Never had a vieja of any type have this kind of color, especially at just around 4 inches. I have high hopes for this one. Tons of personality and tons of color. This pic was taken about 2 weeks ago and he has seriously grown more and has deeper colors now.

3. Carpintis......sex?
4. Green severum.......male
Sorry I thought heros notatus meant green Severums I didnt know they were different? Bc I have two thatblook like the first Severum and 2 that look like your last picture. I though maybe females didnt get spangles and males did. I'm going to have to read up more on it
