Far as I can tell the risk is practically zero if you can just file a claim and have paypal return the funds. However the chances of getting an Fx5 for $100 with free shipping are also practically zero. Very interested to see what happens...

Yeah the risk might be about zero but you time, the stress, and someone having your money and you then having to wait a while to get the paypal refund is ridicoulous

this is not true.. if the seller withdraws all the funds from his account then paypal cannot refund you anything, unless you are using your credit through paypal then its a diff story.
