this is not true.. if the seller withdraws all the funds from his account then paypal cannot refund you anything, unless you are using your credit through paypal then its a diff story.

So if you're using a credit card through paypal, there's nothing to worry about? I hope that's what everyone is doing here.

i would think so. just file a dispute/claim with your credit card company directly and avoid paypal

not sure i've never personally used credit through paypal but i've heard you can go to your credit card company and have it refunded.

I looked into PayPal because I have never used it before. He may not want credit cards becasue PayPal will charge you 5% to withdrawl funds. Plus, having a personal account, you can only have 5 credit card receipts per 12 month period. Inorder to accept more credit cards you have to have the next account level up and that entails having $3,000 or more per month in business through PayPal.

I was tempted to order something but I have since changed my mind. Unless things change here.
