then take that 6 digit temporary web pin, put it in the phone, and follow the prompts, eventually where you say 'agent' in order to talk to one. Then tell them what happened, and that you want the dispute escalted to a claim, they should then do that, as well as put a hold on the funds, (of which legally they can't really tell you if thier actually still there or not)
