yes, i believe admins/mods can track down his IP and use an online tool to WHOIS is IP and should figure out where he is.

I filed a dispute with paypal too but am probably screwed because it was an instant payment. I don't even care about the money (finally in a position in my life to be able to say that) but this is a pretty serious offense.
I was totally fooled by the fact that this person had been registered for over a year - that's what made me think it was legit.
Even if it is legit, it's still awful business. Poor communication and far too long to disappear without responding. I'll happily retract if I get some kind of response or refund but to this point no PMs or emails have been returned.

If people used credit cards, call your credit cards and then file a complaint with Paypal cause they will be the ones screwed out of money so they might do something about it.
^^^its only 1 day for me so it should be still in his paypal? i should get the money back then?
