Hoping someone has experienced this same issue. Did a filter clean tonight and both of the valves (in,out) have developed a leak. The in valve is fairly bad. The filter is only 3 years old or so. Is the purchase of new valves the only viable solution?
Obviously I had to disconnect the FX6. I have two other Eheim filters that are about 10 years old and never had an issue on the same tank. Should I just expect that the valves on the FX only last a few years and replace?
