It's a leucocyctic gar, if i remember correct.
But what species, i really don't know...
When we get the answer will you please explain what would have been clues for us?

keep in mind that leucistic means all white pigment (but will have dark eyes), this does not appear to be the case with this fish--

xanthic gars are more commly seen in lepisosteus species, leusism is far more commly found in atractosteus than lepisosteus.
