nice one ,noticed a 18" one on there but had gill curl was'nt shure if i should take the chance or not ,think i will wait a bit see if any better turn up , i think iam going to have a run down south sometime in the summer visit the wifes famly in portsmouth and do a fish tour on the way back up , if you do come up this way let me know before hand and i can look round all the local shops to see if there is any thing of intrest in stock in any of them so you can add them to your list , but def worth a visit to paddock farm , also dont miss wharf ,bas ,a few of the maidenhead aquatics around northhampton and peir aquatics on the way up ,all great shops

any more worth checking out?what fish are you into mainly? ill return the favour n list shops down this way thou, there not the cream of the crop... wildwoods is well worth a vist no matter what ur preferance, but all stock is online so it kinda neglects any real need for a visit.... but theres some good shops local to soton/pompey too.... il have a think...

at the moment iam keeping a couple of snakeheads ,couple of cats ,couple of birchir ,a jardini ,along with some cichlids , just in the process still of swapping over from africans .
really starting to take a fancy to the birchirs at the moment and the snakeheads plus they seem to get along great together ,always hanging around with each other.
iam on the lookout at the moment for a red texas and a channa pleuro (ones at willwoods are too small) channa obscura and a paratapilia pollini feel free to give me a heads up if you see any thanks
i decided to wait on the asian iam just not to shure on the gill curl myself and our local vet is useless with fish ,also weather the jar would let it in or not ,

cheers mate ,the marulius may turn out to be a very temp resident as i have found a maularoids at lfs who will swap them ,just a matter of when i can get over there

one of my mates shop has a few gars in, i think they may be gators.
i can find out what gars he has or can get.
most of my stuff is still for sale too along with all my datnoids except the ST so that NTT,IT and NGT they are all living peacefully too.
i have dealt with mark at paddock loads of times, he even has some of my old fish in his personal collection and i have some of his.
hes a top lad and knows his stuff and they get a the rarer stuff but lately its been less and less but still more than everywhere else.
i can find out what gars he has or can get.
