Seller shipped live fish and guaranteed LIVE ARRIVAL TO ME, Fish arrived dead and I notified the seller with pictures. He informed me would refund me money right away and now he does not take my calls, emails or messages.
jeff miller denied Michael Maranda's request for a $800.00 USD refund.

No i wont paypal already denied the claim cause said it was quality issue lol and i need settle with seller myself.

Funny had all proof of live arrival and his PM will refund and they denied it paypal is a JOKE and so is Mr. Miller

I am referring to in collections. The proof is there and I don't see him winning this one. Amazing when people show there true colors.
