Ask and you shall recieve, He used my southwest airline account to ship airport to airport no layover and was only 4 hr flight. I even sent him heavy duty bags and all he had to do was get box, pack and oxygen the fish drop off. I will say the packing was good no problems just fish came in dead from stress I would think.

Sorry to see this happen.I posted on the first page of this tread that I found BIGJ untrustworthy.The fish should have been ok for 24 hours if properly packed in O2.Makes me wonder if he cut that corner.Hope you get your $$$ back.Dealing with this guy sure puts a bad taste in your mouth doesn't it.

Pics show a dead fish. the pics were sent 4 hours after it arrived DOA. Seems if the fish was DOA pics would have been taken in the bag. This fish couldve died in the buyers tank aswell, and now is just trying to scamthe seller.

Either way, bad business practice shown by csx.

Yeah your so clever this is eaxtly what I would do to scam the seller, You got me this was all just a test to see who was the most clever and you clearly won.

Are you serious? Do you see what kind of fish Mike sells? Im sure it isnt even about the money. It is the fact that J said he would offer live arrival guarantee and he did not keep his word. $800 is probably not alot of money to him but it is the fact that he was deceived.

And most importantly, the seller did not keep his word = bad business practice.

I dont remember seeing any bad threads about Mike. Everyone that I talk to that has done business with him says nothing but good things.

and his tanks is full of quality and rare stuff $$$ is not a problem for true hobbiest for him, but he does make him money legitly and i'm sure it doesnt come easy.....

Has BigJ actually stated somewhere that he isn't refunding the money? Maybe there is a reason for his absence.

Please show where seller states anything about a DOA guarantee? All we have is a chopped PM by CSX, whom has shown despicable business practice with this issue. So I guess it's up to whose "word" you want to believe. I would like to a least hear BigJ's side of it.
