I would say so, I mean by larger tank, how big we talking? TBH tigerfish r not that difficult to take care off. Clean water n big tank n ur good. Goliaths r beasts, but go with TATF or VATF they get smaller n I think look better. They wont have that real beast look, but I think they have better colors

8', thats perfect. 2' wide n u can get a FATF. 3' wide n big enough for TATF or VATF. 4' wide n u can do GATF

For what it's worth, I added mine to my 750 at 13" and was ok.... Biggest ray is the hen Leo from Trev, probably about same size as your big ones. Should have NEVER let it leave my place. Died after a long road trip. Pretty bummed. Knew I should have kept it.

Cool thanks for sharing... was it one of you vatf or the gatf?
Mine may be just short of a foot... hard to measure for sure. May give him a little longer. Right now I have a divider in my main tank to may wait until I can remove that first.

Sucks that it didn't make the trip!!
