By its visual look it could be a male but it's too small to get an accurate answer, grow it up until 4 or 6 inches if its start having a kok then it's a male (depend on it genetic some males doesn't have a kok).

It is normal to a flower horn that their eye change color? Like when i turnon the lights his eyes turn to red and when its dark i mean theres no light it turns white. And its making a mad face right now
