it is an awesome looking fish, but I agree that the colors looked brighter on a substrate. geo's are substrate sifters and it's their natural instinct to sift through sand/fine gravel for food so it might be a bit stressed since it can no longer do this. I'd put some substrate back in but that's just me. either way that is a fantastic looking male.
