...... geo? Im not really worried about cost I know they have some rarer geos out there, im really looking for one of the larger types that look good....

^ That's a ton of fish in one tank. I know people get tired of hearing it, but... overstocked. Or it will be when everything grows up.
I would suggest a group of Geos rather than a pair. You have no guarantee that a pair will be compatible once you buy them. I would get a group of six fish and let them grow out in your 150. G. winemilleri are beautiful and grow pretty large. Even though they're more common, altifrons are beautiful as adults, too.
If you had soft water and stayed on top of the water changes, you could get Satanoperca daemon. They are stunning fish with an interesting body shape and gorgeous coloring. I haven't tried them because my water is quite hard and alkaline.
Bro Mikey at 50 Fathoms is my Geo guru. Let me know when you get set up, sand is the way to go. I put sand in my 230 and even though I fought the idea for years, the Geos love it and sift all day long. I have abalios, pindare, altifrons, surinamensis, neambi, tapajos, iporangensis, brokopondos, etc. Mikey is the one that got me into them, an he has fry too. Gynogeophagus, guianacara and Satanopernca species are also cool.
