Well I trust my store saying my stock in my 90 gallon is good they wouldn't tell me wrong

...So let me get this straight: the people that are making money off of you buying fish and equipment from them are telling you it's ok to buy more. Meanwhile the people you ask online, who have no way of making income off of you and are only sharing their experiences and knowledge with you about the subject say you're over stocked and should not add more fish... I wonder who's trying to sell you something here and who's trying to teach you something?

they know everything about my tank they set it up it's a $5,000 set up I'm not saying I don't listen to you guys because I do value your opinions but I also value theirs

...a $5,000 90 gallon fresh water tank setup?... This raises a lot of red flags to say the least.

I have to agree with the others who have posted and say that the tank is over stocked. If the fish are small it may not appear that way but in the long run it most definitely is.

This forum can be brutally honest and you may not always hear what you want but most members do their best to answer any and all questions to the best of their ability. If you're not a fan of what they have to say then you may want to call the people making money off of you and ask them.

IMO... If you make enough money to spend 5k on a 90 gallon setup, then you may think about spending more to upgrade your tank to a size that allows you to stock more fish.

Everything is the best of the best my sump was 650 my return pump was 300 my stand and tank and canopy was 3,500 it's all handmade cherry wood I have a lot more with the layout of the tank and other stuff
Cool, but I think I'll keep my 200$ sump including pump, socks, media and run a 180 off it. Price doesn't beget quality, just empty wallets. The more you post the more it seems I'll never want to visit your lfs. All things considered you're quite overstocked. Take the advice or not, not knocking you, you just have placed a little too much faith in those that only see your wallet.

I have to agree, I'm sure that your set up is uber nice, especially the cherry wood as a finishing touch, but the reality is for that kind of $$$$, had you shopped around a bit you could have had just as nice of a set up, and had a much larger tank to work with. Even for a SW display tank, 5K buys some pretty snazzy set ups (including fancy wood stand/canopies) that far exceed 90 gallons in size. If you are happy with what your money bought, it's all good, but because of that you are now stuck working within the limitations of a 90 gallon tank.
