Well it looks like im going to close the deal on this 180. But its comes with some catches and most of them are new to me in this wonderful hobby of our's!!
It was a saltwater set up and comes with a P.skimmer, sump box with a lid that has a pipe connected to it, bio balls, some type of in-line canister,a pump, and a bunch of decor.
It has three holes drilled in the bottom(looks to be 1.5"s), one in the middle and one on each end, and (2" I think)one inside the over flow(black cover thing). Plus there is 2 holes drilled at the top of the tank on each end, im under the impression its for the out takes.
So here are the catches. Any help, suggestions, or some not to do's will be greatly appreciated!!!!
LIGHTING: Plastic black canopy that I want to screw a twin tube lighting fixture to. Will it work or not???????
TANK: The acylic is in good condition but I want to clean it up alittle, and remove any or all strecthes. What do I use for this task??
FILTRATION: I need to know what to do with all 6 holes, how to setup & a line the sump and everything else that I will need. Including pads, heaters, air pump, and last but not least the media. Cause you know I need the water CRISPY!!!!!!
There is a few other catches but I think I can handle them, but on the three above cathces once again any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
Im getting a early start, seeing that even if I pick up the tank this weekend it will not be set up until the first week of March. I figured this will give me the chance of getting some expert advice and maybe a diagram from some of are elite hobbyist on the site!!!
Thanks, Cichlid Fiend!!!
