My docks pop off every now and then. No biggy, just redo them. Algae needs to be off the glass. You will really enjoy them in deep water.

sounds to me like someones very excited, let us know how it all turns out, post a vid for all of us to enjoy

Liz, the turtles are looking great! They've grown quite a bit. I'm sure they'll love their new home. But please tell me you're not using that pink gravel. Yuck!

there are somethings that you do not get much choice in... one is tank with gravel ... hubby already put it in there... { :WHOA::WHOA:} and i hate to tell him i did not want that color...if you know what i mean:eek::eek::eek:i will see when i am doing the tank with him if he has any other color maybe to at least mix it with:grinno::grinno::grinno:but it just may stay pink..:cry:

I have the same turtle dock. It's great to see the turtles swimming in about 16" of water. Gives them some good excercise. Also makes it funnier when they beg to see how far they can get above the surface of the water without pushing off the bottom lol

you mean they almost stand up on their rear legs...how cute... thanks..

Lol, I gotcha yah Liz. Just keep in mind that the tank will be harder to clean with gravel in it. When they get bigger you might want to switch to a larger size gravel just so they can't accidently ingest any during feeding.
