I've not heard anything on Pms or on this thread, so my guess is as he's not posted back, it either didn't make or is better. It would be good to know though....

Thankyou!

Your welcome, you do have an obscene amount of water volume in your house, hope the floor has a good base! You could have took a picture of the 18'' gg before you decided not to take it home. How else are we going to get the world record for the world longest thread?

What is the longest thread on here btw? John's tank conversion to 10000 g is the longest I've seen and what a project!

Whut up GG keepers?

Very nice, very viberent red fins, you must have it on the mighty O's/king of the deep depending on the day's color enhancers ;)

What size is he and how long have you had it?

Mighty O's? Is that a cereal? nah I'm just kidding, but I'm not sure what you mean.

I do keep mine on a diet of quality foods which enhance color I guess such as several hikari products: cichlid gold, bio-gold plus, cichlid staple, cichlid gold sinking, massivore, spirulina wafers. It also gets raw market shrimp and freeze dried krill. Plus weekly 50% min WC's don't hurt either.

He is 8.5" and I've had him for almost a month and a half. I sold my other RTGG's a few months ago because they were super aggro at this size, but this one is a big softie.

Here's a pic of I took of him with flash. Washes out the red, but shows off his blue chin more :)

'The mighty oscar' is a member on this board, they're are pictures of his gg's about 10 pages or so back, one day he changed his user name to 'king of the deep' and wanted to be known as that, then he changed it back to the mighty O and had 'i can't make up my mind' under it. He feeds some color enhancing koi pellets if memory serves...

It my fault I forget how long this thread has been going for so long when I see a new post I think that everyone has read it all, and remembered a lot of the posts.

It's a nice fish, lets hope we get to see it grow up to be a monster!
What size tank etc. do you keep it in, Lou will get upset if he doesn't know;)

Ours has just started to develop the hump on the nose....
