Sounds like fun. No pics of the move? Moving big fish is always fun if you like getting wet. About three months ago when I moved my big hybrid me, my garage, and everything inbetween was soaked. A 38" fish is a powerful beast!!! My shoulders ached for a week after that struggle!

No fun moving big fish at all :grinno: i moved 2 of my gars (and 1 of my friends which broke the tank in the process). I also moved 2 paimas - OMG how all of them struggled!!!! These were at 2' mark

Moving silvers around was not too torterous but the rest was hell. My father moved RTCs for me so i don't know how hellish that was :D

Oh, nice adoption MsMassPoly ... i hope it was free ^^

to cure the gill curl of my recently adopted 30" I added a bulk head and both of my IDs seem to appreciate the undercurrent. Further research seems to indicate that they originally were in bodies of water with currents.

My 3 Id's LOVE their jet. ITs in the front of the tank, so they will swim in a little pack and its so memorizing to watch :)

Aqualand here in des moines, iowa had 2 ID Sharks about 15" each in a 55 gallon together you could save if you were closer :-( Sucks big time to see guys like this in small tanks but congrats on saving that guy! :-)
