I've caught many many thresher sharks in my time. This looks to be the eye of a big-eye thresher which frequents those parts.

I agree. Either that or a really huge Swordfish. It does look like the eye of a swordfish.


This is my first time seeing one, and to quote the article...Oar fish washing up isnt uncommon at all. Happens more than youd think.
