Glasscage Vs Marineland/Perfecto

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
wat the..marineland makes 300 wide now?? wats the dimension on that...im thinking of just ordering acrylic from glasscages...their acrylic should be flawlessly made righT?? with good quality material as well...

also wouldnt shipping be more cheaper whereas ordering a glass tank?? though the expense on acrylic will cost me double the shipping should cost half which breaks even no?

you might want to consider a perfecto 265 or new 300 wide if your are hesitant about glasscages..

these two tanks are the largest in mass production right now I think

btw i called a LFS to try and order me a large tank..but i told him i currently have a 180 marineland..he said the perfecto 265 is suposedly the same thing as the 180 but taller...

a lfs should be able to get you a new marineland 300 with no shipping charges, i could go pick one up right now if i had $2100.

72 is not 7 ft.....72 is 6 ft...which is the same dimension as my 180.. btw dmopar i live in HAWAII so think of shipping cost.

i called the LFS and asked if they could order me the 300wide perfecto tank...they said next shipment of their tanks will be 3-4 months...so thats probably when itll arrive if i was to place an order tomorrow. thats quite long from what i want but i can wait that out IF perfecto has it rdy to be shipped! should i get this or a acrylic from glasscage?? hmm... u think FRT's can scratch acrylic tank?
