obviously, this person was upset, called to ask about a refund/replacement etc. and was told off. he was pissed.

as mentioned, it seems that a lot of their negative press seems to be from custom orders. if you don't get exactly what you want, and you call them about it, they apparently don't help you. at least some of the time. those are the times everyone hears about.

and that pisses people off. after all, they paid for a tank made to their specs and when its not done right or done properly (sloppy) they get mad when they are not helped afterwards. thats probably why there are so many negative threads all over the fish forums about them..

when i picked mine up, there was a chicago fish store picking up custom coral tanks(real shallow, rimless) and they were hapyy and the tanks looked perfect

they probably take more care with mass orders from fish stores cuz the store will argue until they get new tanks cuz they cant afford to have them messed up...

i try :) but not to start anything, you seem to be leading the crusade against them. which i could see if you hase a bad tank from them, but you dont. internet reviews come from lots of people who read reviews.
 
well i kinda follow the movement... im not trying to lead anything but just coming up with suggestions to peoples questions... not answers from experience, just suggestions

that last line kinda somes it up:screwy: never laid eyes on on e but you can pass judgement. no hardfeelins but i really like my tank and was treated right. and you got ?

if you notice im not posting "yeah they're are crappy" im posting "maybe they took better care of this one because..." just really opinions rather than statements.
 
you ever raise hogs? got any opinions on that? maybe guinee hens? possibly camels? you could search those and give your opinions but they would still be of things you have no experiance in. i just hate badmouthing without a reason besides the internet said so.
