  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
its 6" deeper front to back. If it were me I would do the 300wide out of the 240,300tall, and the 300wide. That could be because my last tank I never got to set up was 36" front to back....

I think the 300 wide looks quite a bit bigger though. Of coarse its in a small truck.

That 300 tall is sitting in the back of a Silverado full size truck with a 8 foot bed.

I chose the 300 tall because I wanted a show tank. I am not keeping large fish in my tank so I did not need the depth from front to back.
I am in the process of stocking my tank with mid/upper level schooling fish and many bottom dwelling fish.
I wanted lots of color and lot's of movement in my tank and a large front panel of glass to show it all off.
Thats why I went with the tall.
If I had planned to keep larger fish, I would of went with a deeper tank.
Plan ahead and buy accordingly.

I ended up going with a 300 tall as well. I have until Monday or so to get the 240 instead. Decisions.

The first time I called them the gentleman was very helpful, and I was all set to buy an acrylic tank from them. The next time I called I asked the lady who answered to confirm the type of acrylic they use. She was affronted that I asked and told me I could take my business elsewhere. When I mentioned that another manufacturer used Lucite she told me Lucite is no longer sold which is not the case.

I'm getting mixed signals so I probably will take my business elsewhere.

Good luck either way you go. All I can say is that I am very happy with both the tank and the service that I received from them.

his response to my email was to the point, vague, and didn't answer some of the questions i've asked. I'll give my money to a reliable business

I decided to get my tanks from another company. I'm getting my 3 tanks in this weekend. I will post pictures with the pricing then.
