If you are going to call someone and talk bad to them at least be man enough to identify yourself. Talking crap on the phone is bad enough, hiding yourself really makes you a wimp.

Like the threats you see on these boards, pitiful little punks.

I just called miracle, but then noticed they are in Canada.
 
Glasscages just gave me a call about my tank. I was supposed to go to Columbus, Ohio to pick the tank up tomorrow. It is a little under three hours each way for me to there. Anyway, they explained to me that the guy that loads the tanks got sick yesterday and was unable to get it loaded before the truck left.

Soo..... instead of me having to go to their location, or just not getting a tank they are taking care of me. They are shipping the tank via Roadway to a local terminal. They are not charging me any extra and it works out awesome! Now I only have to drive about 15 minutes each way!

I've got to say, so far it seems like pretty good customer service to me.
 
On aside note I want to mention that I have been dealing with Beth on the phone. She has been very helpful and very polite. If calling them I highly recommend dealing with her.
 
Why haven't you looked into TRUVU? They are offering free shipping right now. Their prices are comparable to Glass Cages acrylic tank prices. Plus lifetime warranty can't be beat.
 
Just checked out TruVu, nice looking tanks. The free shipping appears to only be on the 75 and the 150.
